Heading to your account at the bottom right of the App, you will be able to:


1. View your current outstanding amount related to reservations. By taping on it, you will be able to consult your remaining funds;


2. View the assets you can reserve via the App. In the example, it is possible to reserve six assets.


3. If you have be assigned an annual parking space or another permanent asset, you will be able to view its details (number, location, and assigned days).





















Taping on the blue cog at the top right will bring you to your account's parameters where you will be able to:


1. View and share the phone number that you added to your fairpark profile the first time you logged in on a computer. Sharing your number is useful if you want to share rides with other colleagues;


2. Change the language (if others are configured);


3. Get in touch if the assistance team if you are experiencing a problem or have questions. We recommend you attach an image of your screen to help the team identify the problem.


4. Consult the FAQ articles related to the App;


5. Log out of your account.
