1. How to book (one or more days)   

Once connected, you will arrive on the home page (agenda)

The events of the day appear at main page and it's also possible to check the current reservations by clicking on the 3 horizontal bars at the top right of the screen.


If none is displayed, you will be able to choose the type of service you want.


To do this, simply click on the "+" (bottom right of the screen).



If several services are available, you must choose the desired service (parking space, office, company car, or any other service provided by your company).



Then, you will be asked to choose the desired time slot (depending on the configuration chosen by your company, it is possible that only the period "All day" is displayed) and finally the days that are suitable.




























Finally, you will have to choose the site, the parking lot, or even the desired zone (depending on the configuration chosen by your company). The number of availabilities is visible on the right.























For your information, if you wish to reserve several days but for different periods (for example Tuesday afternoon, Thursday all day, and Friday morning), you must make a reservation for each day.



A summary of your reservation requests will be displayed, allowing you to always make changes if necessary before submitting your request.



Back on the home page, you will be able to view your reservations by clicking on the horizontal bars at the top right of your screen.

 



2. How do I cancel one or more reservations?

 

From the home page, click on the 3 horizontal bars at the top right of your screen to view all your reservations.

  

Two methods are possible:

 

1. By swiping from right to left on the desired reservation, a "Cancel" tab appears. By clicking on it, a window appears asking you to specify the period.


 

2. By clicking directly on the desired day, a window appears with the option "Cancel my reservation", allowing you to specify the period concerned.




BE CAREFUL: Once the reservation is cancelled, even if you can make it again (if the reservation deadlines allow it), there is no guarantee that your reservation request will be successful.
